We got a room with roll in showers.

Clean pool, parking on-site. Immaculate and incredible rooms with private bathrooms and a dishwasher, coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge. Kindness from the whole staff. Perfectly comfortable location to Naples Municipal airport, just 19 minutes by car...

Location: the hotel was very close to THE BEACH, Naples and a mall, restaurants and beaches. There was Emperor Express near the property. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was brand-new🙂

I really loved the spacious room and the electric stove. it. Breakfast was tasty, though they should improve food tray sizes for busy mornings! I'd definitely return.

The staff was attentive, especially Grace at the front desk, who made check-in easy. The breakfast had these delicious waffles that I keep dreaming about, even all these days later.

Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, it still left room for improvement in service consistency.

The room at TownePlace Suites Naples was cozy and welcoming, making me feel at home. the kitchenette with a toaster and dishwasher was a nice touch, perfect for preparing my vegetarian meals.

The staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was a great start to our day. Don't forget the waffle hack, toast those frozen waffles for an extra crispy treat!

The breakfast offerings were disappointing for those with dietary restrictions. Options tended to be either overly salty or overly sweet, pushing me to seek meals elsewhere. I also noticed some cleanliness issues, like dusty surfaces and a poorly lit bathroom. The air conditioning in my room struggled to keep it cool, despite being set at its lowest temperature all day, made for some uncomfortable evenings.

I had a fabulous stay with a spacious room and a nice kitchen, making it easy to feel at home while exploring, and the nearby parks and the beach just a short drive away were perfect for my weekend strolls.
